Well Child Visits and Sports Physicals
During your child's visits we want you to discuss any ongoing concerns you may have. Our providers will address all aspects of mental and physical needs. In hopes to establish a long-term relationship we want to anticipate your child’s health needs as they mature. Our providers strongly support immunizations and encourage these discussions at every visit.
We would like to see your newborn for his or her first appointment one to three days after being discharged from the hospital. We ask that you please bring your newborn’s hospital discharge summary to your appointment. The following are the ages we continue to see them for their wellness exams:
2 Weeks
2 Months

After age 5 we recommend that your child be seen for a well child exam once a year. We are here to see your child through their 18th birthday.
SPORTS PHYSICAL FORMS
Our office offers year-round sports physicals as most schools require a completed physical form to allow participation in sports for the following season.

Aesthetic Services
Our providers now offer these new aesthetic procedures for our parents.
Neuromodulators
Neuromodulators like Botox and Xeomin help prevent and treat wrinkles and signs of aging. Small injections are given at 4 months intervals. The medicine blocks nerve signals to muscles. This prevents the muscle from moving during that time period, therefore allowing wrinkles to smooth on the face. However, we cannot recommend this treatment for our pregnant or nursing mothers.
Chemical peels
A chemical peel uses solutions such as lactic and glycolic acid to remove surface layers of the skin. Chemical peels will reveal a more youthful glow helping improve fine lines, acne, scars, discoloration, and other imperfections of the skin. Different solutions determine the depth of your peel and type of skin condition treated. We also use chemical peels to treat melasma and keratosis pilaris.
Skin Care
We now carry medical grade skin care: Neocutis and PCA. It is highly encouraged that everyone wear SPF daily to prevent skin cancer and reduce the look of aging. Using medical grade products will give you results that your local drugstore products cannot. We can also help treat your teenager's acne and skin concerns with these products as well!
